TIDY EXPERTS PTY (Ltd) ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly, lawfully and transparently. TIDY EXPERTS PTY (Ltd), based in Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa. We provide water backup systems, repairs and related products (Tidy Flow) and solar WiFi security cameras (Tidy Surv).

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Delivery address (street number, street name, town/suburb, area code)
• Details of the service or products you are enquiring about or booking (e.g. service type, package, preferred date and time, camera and property details, and any notes you provide)
• Technical information such as your IP address and anti-spam verification data (via Google reCAPTCHA) when you submit a form

We only collect the information needed to respond to and fulfil your request.

4. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you voluntarily complete one of our online forms, namely our contact/quote forms (including the Tidy Surv camera quote form), our Tidy Flow booking form, and our product request form. We do not buy or obtain your personal information from third parties.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
• To process and confirm your service bookings
• To process product requests and arrange collection or delivery
• To contact you about your request, booking or order
• To protect our website and forms from spam and abuse

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form), and because it is necessary to take steps at your request and to carry out the services you ask us to provide. By submitting a form you consent to us processing your information for the purposes described in this policy.

• Courier or transport providers, where delivery of products is arranged, so they can deliver to you
• Service providers that help us operate our website and email (for example our hosting provider and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection)
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information, including secure form submission, spam protection, and restricting access to the information we hold. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

• Withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect processing already carried out)

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse, which may set cookies and collect technical data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our forms will not function as intended if this protection is blocked.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
