TIDY EXPERTS PTY (Ltd), based in Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa. We provide water backup systems (Tidy Flow), related products, and rubble & waste removal (Tidy Haul).

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Delivery address (street number, street name, town/suburb, area code)
• Details of the service or products you are enquiring about or booking (e.g. service type, package/load size, preferred date and time, and any notes you provide)
• Technical information such as your IP address and anti-spam verification data (via Google reCAPTCHA) when you submit a form

We only collect the information needed to respond to and fulfil your request.

4. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you voluntarily complete one of our online forms, namely our contact/quote form, our booking forms (Tidy Flow and Tidy Haul), and our product request form. We do not buy or obtain your personal information from third parties.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
• To process and confirm your service bookings
• To process product requests and arrange collection or delivery
• To contact you about your request, booking or order
• To protect our website and forms from spam and abuse

By submitting a form you consent to us processing your information for the purposes described in this policy.

• Courier or transport providers, where delivery of products is arranged, so they can deliver to you
• Service providers that help us operate our website and email (for example our hosting provider and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection)

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse, which may set cookies and collect technical data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our forms will not function as intended if this protection is blocked.
