How much does a water backup system cost?
Our fully installed Tidy Flow packages range from R14,100 (rainwater harvesting) and R18,750 (1,000 L backup) to R26,500 (2,500 L) and R39,720 (5,000 L with a VSD pump). The Basic, Standard and Premium packages include a 12-month warranty on the pump and installation. Compare the packages.
Do you repair water backup systems you did not install?
Yes. We service and repair any water backup system, whoever installed it. A call-out is R500 and on-site labour is R400 per hour; parts are quoted for your approval before we fit them. More about repairs.
Do solar security cameras work during load-shedding?
Yes. Tidy Surv cameras run off a solar panel with battery backup, so they keep recording and you can keep watching live on your phone right through load-shedding.
Do I need WiFi for Tidy Surv cameras?
The cameras connect over WiFi. We check the signal at each camera point and only add a WiFi extender if it is needed. Not sure about your WiFi? Choose “Not sure” on the camera quote form and we will assess it on site.
Can I buy tanks and pumps without installation?
Yes. The Tidy Flow shop lists tanks, DAB and Dayuan pumps, controllers, filters and fittings. Add what you need, send the request, and we confirm availability, final pricing and delivery before you pay.
